"PRIX DE LA COMMUNICATION"

 The Le Mans and Maine Press Club in partnership with the Automobile Club de l'Ouest and the "SEM de Gestion" award a communications prize each year to one of the participants in the Le Mans 24 Hour race.

 The winner of the prize for the 65th race , which has been awarded by a jury of journalists organisation representatives , is Laurence Cherit for his role as porte-parole for a team making its Le Mans debut whose overall co-operation has been exemplary. Others who were noted by the jury for their human qualities and ease of approach were Bob Wollek , Hugues de Chaunac , Yannick Dalmas , Jurgen Barth , Andy Wallace and Tony Southgate.
