DECLASSEMENT DE LA PORSCHE GT3R de Dick BARBOUR,
LE TEAM TAISAN ADVAN REMPORTE LA CATEGORIE LM GT.
Le collège des Commissaires Sportifs des « 24 Heures du
Mans » a prononcé l'exclusion de la Porsche GT3 R N°83
du TEAM BARBOUR pour non conformité de la capacité en carburant
de la voiture, suite à un contrôle des Commissaires Techniques
effectué à l'issue de la 68ème édition des
« 24 Heures du Mans ».
En conséquence, la PORSCHE GT3 R N°73 du Team TAISAN ADVAN
pilotée par H.FUKUYAMA, A. YOGO et B.LAMBERT remporte la catégorie
LM GT et se retrouve classée 16ème au Général.
Le Classement Général subit donc des modifications comme suit :
Le concurrent notifié n'a pas fait appel de cette décision.
La 13ème place revient à la CHRYSLER VIPER N°57 et
les voitures suivantes remontent toutes d'une place au classement général
des «24 Heures du Mans» 2000.

PORSCHE GT3R OF DICK BARBOUR RELEGATED,
TEAM TAISAN ADVAN WINS THE LM GT CATEGORY
The committee of the Sporting Commission of the 'Le Mans 24-hours' has announced the exclusion of the Porsche GT3R No. 83 of TEAM BARBOUR for not conforming to the quantity of fuel for the car, under a ruling of the Technical Steward issued at the end of the 68th edition of the 'Le Mans 24-hours'.
The notified competitor has not lodged an appeal against this decision.
As a result, the PORSCHE GT3R No. 73 of the team TAISAN ADVAN, piloted by H. FUKUYAMA, A. YOGO and B. LAMBERT wins the LM GT category and moves into 16th place overall.
The overall standings have been subject to the following alterations :
The 13th place now goes to the CHRYSLER VIPER No. 57, with all the
vehicles following moving up one place in the overall standings of the
'Le Mans 24-hours' 2000.
